Julian was mentioned as a potential running mate for Hillary Clinton in 2016. He was the mayor of San Antonio, till he joined President Obama’s cabinet as the Secretary of HUD. He’s in NH to speak at the NH Young Democrats annual dinner. Castro is exploring a presidential run in 2020.
