Roy Harris’ “Negro Fantasy” movement from his 4th Symphony, the Folk Song Symphony, with Marin Alsop and the Colorado Symphony and Chorus. Marin Alsop is completing her 13th and final season leading the Baltimore Symphony. She was the first woman conductor chosen to lead a Viennese orchestra.
