Part 1:
We talk with Craig Austin, Asst. Prof. Florida International University, about the supply chain problem that we in the US and other parts of the world are experiencing. China has dominated as a supplier for the last 30 years. The pandemic has disrupted this. Shortages will eventually ease, but the supply chain capacity will not return soon. This includes the human infrastructure problems. Part 2: We talk with Barry Woods, Electric Vehicle Innovations for ReVision Energy, about electric vehicles, and what is likely in the near term. Part of the Infrastructure Bill is the buildout of EV chargin stations, which will definitely affect the adoption of EV's, as will any incentives for EV purchases.
