Part 1:
We talk with Mel Goodman, formerly of the CIA, and now professor at Johns Hopkins. We discuss the prevalence of weapons being carried by Americans. Everyone can now be assumed to be weaponized, thus increasing the chances of retaliation before any actual aggressive act. In the meantime, 1 M Americans have died of Covid, with little acknowledgement of the real danger. We also discuss how some are talking about using nuclear weapons, and modernizing nuclear weapons. The Pentagon is constantly requesting more budget, with no oversight. Part 2: We talk with Jennifer Burton about abortion, and how she is no longer silent about her choice. Burton is a Democratic political consultant.
